I am Mr. Mohan Bahadur Gajurel, a professional Chef and Trainer specializing in Culinary Arts, Hotel, and Homestay Management. Based in Dhulikhel, Kavre, Nepal, I bring extensive experience in Nepali, Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisine. Over the years, I have worked in hotels, restaurants, and homestays, honing my skills in menu planning, kitchen supervision, cost control, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
As a trainer and assessor, I have strong expertise in hospitality and culinary arts education. I am passionate about mentoring aspiring chefs and hospitality professionals, helping them develop technical skills, leadership, and teamwork abilities. My teaching and training experience spans various levels, from commis and barista courses to advanced hospitality assessment programs.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education, a BHM in Hotel Management from ICHM Nepal/Poland, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Hospitality Management at Lincoln University, Samakhushi. I have also completed several technical certifications, including commis, waiter, barista, bakery, and assessor training, which have strengthened my professional foundation and practical expertise.
